Light Modern Tropical Floral Textile Wallpaper in Lilac and Blue

Large umbrella-shaped lilac leaves, close to lotus leaves in form, stand on thin stems across a pale pink-beige ground. Between them are white flowers drawn in fine black line, sprigs of sky-blue leaves and feathery dark green fronds. The vertical brush marks in the ground are light; the colour areas are flat and the lines crisp. The motifs are drawn at a large scale.

Where it works

Use it on the wall behind a sofa or a TV unit in the living room. Because the pattern is large and colourful it should stay on one wall, with the other walls in off-white or pale grey. A lilac or dusty-rose armchair, blue cushions and a brass-legged side table carry its colours into the room. The textile-textured surface looks warmer than a painted wall.
