Modern Abstract Blue Forest and White Birds Textile Wallpaper

The lower half holds wooded hills in deep and bright blues; they look rough, as if laid on with a palette knife, and their bases dissolve into white mist. Pale grey mountain outlines run along the top band. A flock of white birds crosses the middle; they are drawn with shadows, so they appear to lift off the surface, while the print itself is flat. The ground is light grey with a textile texture.

Where it works

Suits a TV wall or the wall behind a sofa in a living room. The blue is concentrated in the lower half, so with a low TV unit or console in front the birds stay visible at eye level. It works with white lacquer, light grey and chrome; a navy or petrol-blue cushion carries the blue of the pattern into the room.
