Vintage Beige Tree and Lake Landscape Wallpaper Mural

A large tree with a winding trunk rises on the right; its branches stretch left along the top of the wall, with small clusters of blossom hanging between them. On the left there are misty thickets, and below lies the still surface of a lake. The whole scene is drawn in cream white on a taupe-beige ground; being single-colour, it reads like an old engraving or toile print. The wide open space in the middle keeps the pattern from feeling busy.

Where it works

Well suited to the wall behind a bed: the branches open like a canopy above the headboard and the trunk falls beside the bedside table. It also works behind a sofa or in a dining area. Because it is single-colour, it pairs easily with cream, beige, pale grey and linen textiles, and with light oak and white furniture. Brass or gold-toned lamps add warmth.
