Commercial wallpaper is a different job from a living room feature wall: it has to survive traffic, carry a brand and land on a project schedule. Our process for hotels, offices, cafés and retail is short — you send site measurements, we print one physical sample for sign-off, then quote per m² with corporate discounts from roughly 50 m² upwards. Production plus DHL delivery takes 3–7 business days worldwide.
How Project Ordering Works
We run B2B orders through six steps:
- 1. Site measurements. Width × height per wall, with door and window positions marked. A floor plan with wall references (A1, A2, B1…) keeps a 40-room hotel order sane.
- 2. Design selection. From our catalogue of 1,000+ designs, or your own artwork — brand patterns, logos, murals your interior designer supplies.
- 3. One printed sample. We print a physical sample of the chosen design on the chosen material, so your client signs off colour and texture on the real thing rather than on a screen.
- 4. Per-m² quote. List pricing runs 750–950 TL/m² (roughly $17–21 / €15–18) depending on material. Projects around 50 m² and above move to corporate pricing — ask for the volume quote instead of multiplying list price.
- 5. Production. Every wall is printed made to measure, so a 47.3 m² lobby is invoiced as 47.3 m². No roll rounding, and no offcut waste hiding in the invoice.
- 6. Delivery. Rolls labelled with your wall references, shipped by DHL — 3–7 business days door to door, worldwide.
Hanging is arranged locally. Labour rates differ too much between countries for us to quote them honestly, so ask a local fitter; our hanging guide covers the material-specific points their team will care about.
Durability by Traffic Level
The most expensive mistake in contract wallcovering is one material everywhere. Let traffic decide:
- High traffic — corridors, stairwells, queue zones: self-adhesive foil at 850 TL/m² (roughly $19 / €16). The washable surface shrugs off luggage scuffs and trolley contact, and a damaged panel can be replaced on its own instead of redoing the wall.
- Medium traffic — restaurants, retail floors, breakout areas: textile where atmosphere leads, foil where washability leads. Chair backs and passing trays argue for foil; guest-facing calm argues for textile.
- Low traffic — hotel suites, executive offices: premium textile at 750 TL/m² (roughly $17 / €15) for a warm matte finish, or canvas texture at 950 TL/m² (roughly $21 / €18) where the wall itself is the statement — reception backdrops and restaurant feature walls.
A mistake we keep seeing in project orders is one blanket material specified for a whole property. Corridor walls take suitcase hits every day; suite walls are barely touched. Splitting the order — foil in circulation areas, textile in rooms — cuts both the invoice and the replacement cycle, and because we print both from the same design file, the pattern stays consistent through the building.
Branding Walls and Custom Prints
We print customer artwork: logo walls behind reception desks, repeating brand patterns for fitting rooms and corridors, wayfinding graphics, menu-wall murals. Send a vector file or a high-resolution image; we check every file at print scale and return a digital proof before production starts.
