The 4 Rules of Choosing the Right Mural

• One accent wall only: A mural is powerful by nature; a second patterned wall in the same room creates a visual clash. Paint the remaining walls in a mid-tone drawn from the mural.
• Mind the horizon line: In landscape murals, to keep the horizon line from sitting far below or above eye level, we shift the composition to suit your wall dimensions — check this when you approve the preview.
• Account for what sits in front: Make sure the mural's focal element (a mountain peak, a bridge, a tree) does not end up hidden behind a sofa or headboard. Note your furniture height on the order and we will adjust the composition accordingly.
• Ask for a sample: Colours that look vivid on screen change depending on the texture; especially with dark-backdrop murals, a printed sample removes any guesswork.

Fitting and Care

Mounting a mural is the same as wallpaper: on a non-woven base the paste is applied to the wall, and with self-adhesive you need no paste at all. The Border and Frame Effect

Applying the mural not to the whole wall, but leaving a 15-25 cm gap around the edges, creates a "giant artwork" effect — it looks especially refined in dining rooms and studies. Panoramic Composition: A Landscape That Turns the Corner

In large living rooms, continuing a landscape mural seamlessly across two walls (a panoramic application) gives a cinematic depth. It is technically possible: the dimensions of both walls are planned as a single composition, and the image is printed so the pattern aligns at the corner. There are two conditions — the corner must be truly square, and the fitting must be done by an experienced team. Using Murals in a Child's Room

Single-scene murals are the fastest route to a theme wall in a child's room: a space landscape, forest friends, a balloon sky...
